Correct a detail

We work from public sources, and public sources get things wrong and go stale. A misspelled name, a firm you have since left or a specialisation that does not represent you are fixed within 72 hours of you telling us.

Two different things

• Correcting a detail on the profile — name, firm, licence, specialisation. It gets fixed, with no rescoring.
• Submitting evidence that was missing — if your work left no public trace and you can evidence it, it is added to the log and the profile is scored again on the same weights as everyone else. The score can go up and it can stay where it is. What it cannot do is skip the threshold: if the new evidence still does not clear it, it does not clear it, and we tell you with the breakdown in front of you.
