Remove my profile

Write to us and your profile comes down. You do not have to explain why, we are not going to offer you an alternative, and we are not going to ask you twice.

What happens next

• The profile and its verification record stop existing at the next deploy.
• The name comes off the market index.
• We keep an internal record that the removal happened and when. Not to chase you: to be able to show it was actioned, and to keep you out of next year’s assessment.
• If you had paid for verification, the unused portion is refunded.

A wrong detail is fixed within 72 hours and you do not have to leave over it: tell us what is wrong.
